Solving Global Challenges with Lasting Impact

Hand in Hand Zimbabwe is a non-profit organization that helps resource limited and marginalized people in rural communities, particularly women and youth, to create better livelihoods for themselves and their families through interventions which increase economic opportunities…

Community Mental & Maternal Health

Hand in Hand Zimbabwe is dedicated to supporting women and rural communities through holistic initiatives that prioritize community, mental, and maternal health.

Recognizing the interconnectedness of economic stability, health, and well-being, our programs empower women and youths with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to improve their health outcomes and those of their families. Through community-based interventions, we promote mental health awareness, maternal healthcare, and nutrition education, equipping communities to thrive and break cycles of poverty. By fostering resilient communities, we aim to create a lasting impact on the health and prosperity of rural Zimbabwe.
