Felix Tete is a the founding CEO for Hand in Hand Zimbabwe having worked as a Country Director for Hand in Hand Southern Africa (in Zimbabwe).  He is a holder of double Masters Degrees viz MComm in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance with Midlands State University and an MSc in Environmental Management with University of London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods obtained at Stellenbosch University. 

Felix K Tete is a development practitioner with over 30 years of experience in non- profit, private and international development sectors, and he focuses on entrepreneurship/ business development, women and youth economic empowerment (including business skills development and acceleration), gender, climate change, food and nutrition security, natural resources and agriculture policy, executive leadership experience in operations that aligns seamlessly with the strategic direction of diverse organizations. Since 1989, Felix has transitioned from being sharply honed extensionist, monitoring evaluation accountability and learning consultancy to programme management and leadership.
He has held senior evaluation positions and led high level and complex evaluation assignments spanning more than twenty years. He has shown passion for vulnerable sector of communities’ population, using entrepreneurship and business development training as an economic empowerment vehicle for mostly resource limited and vulnerable women and youth, linking enterprise/business that they will have created to micro-financing and lucrative sustainable local, regional and international markets. Felix has demonstrated a proven ability to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. He has developed and nurtured cordial professional donor relations with other development partners that also resulted in successful private-public partnerships and fund-raising consortia.
His experience also includes increasing financial sustainability of programmes and operations by focusing on resource development, maintaining healthy financial ratios, and effective budget management. Felix has shown collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and aligns cross-unit/partner efforts and whose decisions are largely data-driven and leveraging technology to streamline workflows.
